Handi Chicken Biryani

Our Handi Chicken Biriyani is prepared using age-old recipes that ensure authenticity and taste. The use of a ‘handi,’ or clay pot, allows the ingredients to meld beautifully, resulting in a wonderfully moist and flavorful dish. The basmati rice is par-cooked separately with spices, then layered over the chicken mixture in the handi, along with fresh mint and coriander leaves, a sprinkle of saffron milk, and fried onions. The pot is sealed tightly, and the biryani is slow-cooked (dum-style) to allow the spices and juices to infuse into the rice.
